"Most of the members of our team like Sam Elias, Hansjörg Auer had never experienced the 'aurora borealis' and were convinced it was only something our fancy cameras could see. But on this night everyone whooped with joy the green colors lit the ice for a session of night climbing. The strongest and most colorful purple glowing event of the evening lasted less than 30 seconds and even then my camera wasn't ready fast enough. Although I'll keep trying to obsessively capture the biggest "pulses", part of me loves that those ones continue to get away, only to be experienced by the eyes." #northernlights #auoraborealis #neverstopexploring
