Unveiled the mystery of French pastries in Restaurant & Bar HK 2015

In this year's Restaurant & Bar HK2015, master pastry chefs from top pastry shops, hotels, restaurants and schools put together a glamorous showcase of pasty arts which had definitely brought live and excitement to pasty lovers in town.

Among the pastry super stars, Adrien Nanus, Executive Chef of the renowned French pastry Paul Lafayet made a mark by attracting the biggest crowd of spectators. Adrien Nanus stood out with his authentic live demonstration on the actual process of putting together a beloved French summer dessert - Verrine.

公開示範製作法式甜點

Paul Lafayet 法式甜品大師Adrien Nanus即場製作法式甜點Verrine,以創新和精緻的風格進行示範,仔細說明每個製作步驟,吸引眾多訪客群觀,在場人士不單能一睹大師級的甜點示範,更能一嚐Adrien製作的芒果Verrine。

芒果Verrine為夏天限量創作的輕巧法式甜品,1994年由一位法國甜品師發明用玻璃杯盛載甜品,自此成為經典。Verrine有多種層次 , 每一口都吃到不同味道,啖啖都是夏日滋味。Adrien於香港餐飲展所製作的Verrine,有八種不同口感和味道,落足心思。Verrine的最底層有Paul Lafayet 的招牌甜點—法式焦糖燉蛋,上層有朱古力海綿蛋糕、新鮮芒果和菠蘿加上芒果慕絲,椰子啫喱配上椰絲,最頂層以芒果泡芙點綴。
