From where the story begins…

"It began with a simple story." Toni, the founder of Paul Lafayet recalled.
“It happened on my 50th birthday, my teenaged sons, Merwann and Christophe, presented me with the most memorable gift - a tower of 200 macarons, each lovingly handmade by the two of them.
As I took the first bite into one of the delicious, delicate treats, and got the inspiration.
My sons had always shown a passionate interest in cooking and baking, so I thought, why not bring the concept of the traditional French Patisserie to Hong Kong? It will bring my family together, bring happiness and joy to other people, and let me live my passion. And that was the genesis of Paul Lafayet. It tastes of home, love, and family.”

一個品牌的誕生…

創辦Paul Lafayet的念頭萌生於Toni在50歲生辰的時候,兒子們Merwann 和 Christophe特意製造驚喜,自製了一個有200件馬卡龍的甜品塔為賀禮。除了有色彩繽紛的外觀,亦有令人陶醉的味道,所有參加生日派對的賓客臉上都流露出甜蜜滿足的快樂。當時Toni便想到,除了在五星級酒店外,香港市面上很難找到有水準的法式甜品。Paul Lafayet的創立是致力製造亞洲最純正的法式甜點,專門推出令人沉醉的馬卡龍、法式手藝餅及蛋糕,呈獻最傳統的法式風味,讓顧客感受到家一般的溫暖,家人般的體貼關心,以及愛的味道。
