Tracing back to where we started, PAUL LAFAYET was developed in 2010 by our founder Toni. He travelled from France, the place where he was inspired to create his pastries, to the Greater China. The company first started from a single boutique in K11 - the heart of Kowloon, Hong Kong.

From its modest storefront, PAUL LAFAYET expanded all over the city offering the finest in French pastry, faithful to the French tradition but topped with an Asian twist. The family-run patisserie continues to knead its passionate blend of traditional recipes and novel but delicate flavours. Every single treat is hand-crafted daily and made fresh as they come. PAUL LAFAYET promises to bring you a real taste of Paris from half a globe away.

Paul Lafayet 於2010年在香港創立,於九龍的心臟帶地K11開設首間專門店,創始人Toni致力製造亞洲最純正的法式甜點,傳遞快樂。一件小小的法式甜點 , 為生活添上光芒,帶來令人愉悅的幸福時刻。這個家族式經營的法式甜點品牌,帶住堅定的信念和對生活的熱情,把傳統的法式甜點手藝,配合亞洲風味,創造出充滿創意的品牌形象。
