Paul Lafayet's limited Christmas collection introduces two lovely pastries - hazelnut caramel bûche and dark chocolate charm.

Hazelnut Caramel Bûche
With French madeleine cake as its base, the rich layer of hazelnut praline cream is fully covered with a bronze caramel glzing topped with our signature salted caramel macaron. The traditional bûche de Noël is a festive favourite for a good reason!

Dark Chocolate Charm
Looking like a luxurious Christmas tree ornament, the delicate dark chocolate charm is made with a crunchy almond biscuit base covered with smooth praline cream, adding 71% dark chocolate coating sprinkled with gold leaves and almonds.
