【煮食教室—白酒忌廉煮藍青口】




早幾日嘅post問完大家之後,發現原來好多人都鍾意食白酒忌廉煮藍青口,不過你又識唔識自己整?試吓跟住以下步驟啦!成功煮過嘅你哋,一齊留言分享吓心得,心思思想試吓自己煮嘅就Like啦!

1.將加拿大原味藍青口浸於水中,並加入檸檬汁,待溶雪後,徹底洗淨;
2.用橄欖油炒香蒜蓉、洋蔥及芹菜,加入白酒炒香;
3.加入藍青口,最後加上湯及忌廉;
4.待滾起後加上香草,即可享用!

(所需材料 :加拿大原味藍青口、蒜蓉適量、洋蔥適量、芹菜適量、香草適量、白酒 2 湯匙、忌廉 3 湯匙、雞湯 ½ 杯、胡椒粉少許、橄欖油 1 湯匙、檸檬汁適量)

【Cooking Tutorial: Blue mussels in white wine and cream sauce】


Thanks to your reply to our previous post so we know many of you love mussels in white wine and cream sauce! Follow the four simple steps below to cook it at home! If you have any cooking tips, do share with us in the comment box!

1. Put mussels into water with some lemon juice to defrost. Wash the mussels under running water.
2. Stir-fry garlic with Olive oil, onion and parsley. Add white wine.
3. Add mussel, and then cream and chicken broth
4. Once the sauce is boiled, add in the herbs and the dish is ready!

(Ingredients needed: blue mussels, garlic, onion, parsley, herbs, pepper, 2 tablespoons of white wine, 3 tablespoons of cream, ½ cup of chicken broth and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, lemon juice)
