【梅酒巨峰提子酒凍】




巨峰提子體積比一般提子大,被譽為「葡萄之王」。用巨峰提子整酒凍,味道感覺自然唔同啲!

1.將海藻粉同梅酒混和,用微波爐加熱1分鐘

2.將巨峰提子同梅子放進啫喱杯中

3.將已加熱嘅梅酒立刻倒入啫喱杯內,放於室溫待涼後便可放進雪櫃,冷凍後即可食用。

(所需材料 :梅酒350ml、已去皮巨峰提子4顆、梅子4顆、海藻粉1湯匙)

【Cooking Tutorial - Plum wine jelly with Kyoho grapes】

Kyoho grape is being regarded as the “King of Grapes”. Making wine jelly with it will surely be incredibly tasty! Let’s follow the steps below:

1.Mix seaweed powder and plum wine together. Heat the mixture in a microwave for 1 minute.

2.Put Kyoho grapes and plums into a jelly cup.

3.Pour the heated plum wine into the jelly cup. Rest it in room temperature to cool down and then put it into the fridge.

(Ingredients needed: 350ml plum wine, 4 peeled Kyoho grapes, 4 plums, 1 tablespoon of seaweed powder)
