【煮食教室—粟米花菇五指毛桃湯】




幾忙都好,間中都要煲番碗靚湯滋潤一下!

1. 湯骨先飛水備用。
2. 粟米和紅蘿蔔洗淨,然後切段。
3. 花菇洗淨及浸泡約1小時,把花菇蒂切下,備用。
4. 把所有材料放進滾水中,用慢火滾3小時。

(所需材料 :粟米 2條、花菇6顆、五指毛桃1両、紅蘿蔔2條、湯骨半斤、果皮1小角)

【Cooking tutorial - Shiitake Mushroom and Corn Soup】

Prepare a delicious and nourishing Chinese soup as a reward for your busy work!

1. Blanch the pork bone with boiling water.
2. Rinse and cut the corns and carrots into pieces.
3. Rinsed and soaked the shiitake mushrooms for 1 hour. Remove the mushroom stems.
4. Place all ingredients into a pot of boiling water, simmer over low heat for 3 hours.

(Ingredients: 2 pieces of corn, 6 shiitake mushroom, 1 tael of ficus hirta, 2 carrots, half catty of pork bone, ¼ dried tangerine peel)
