【煮食教室—香草焗紐西蘭法式羊架】




第一次學煮羊架,最好由香草焗起!

再次溫馨提示:時間充裕嘅話用低溫烘焗更能夠鎖住肉汁,將香草的味道發揮得更好!

1. 焗爐預熱至攝氏220度。
2. 放上鹽及胡椒粉調味,可先把羊架的四邊稍為煎香。
3. 橄欖油加入香草,塗在羊架上。
4. 羊架放進焗爐內,烤焗約20分鐘至25分鐘。

(所需材料 :紐西蘭法式羊架、橄欖油、迷迭香適量、鹽1茶匙、胡椒粉適量、)

【Cooking Tutorial: Herb-crusted rack of Lamb】

1. Preheat the oven to 220℃.
2. Season the rack of lamb with salt and pepper. You may pan-fry the lamb rack surface until a brown crust formed.
3. Mix herb with olive oil, then rub the mixture onto the rack of lamb.
4. Place the rack of lamb in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Friendly reminder of our previous tips: Roast the rack of lamb in low temperature can keep it juicy and tender, and bring out the flavor of herbs!

(Ingredients needed: rack of lamb, Olive Oil, a little Rosemary/mixed herbs, 1 tablespoon of salt, a little pepper)
