一個豐富嘅早餐可以令你一整日心情開朗!不如參考以下食譜,聽日返工前整個Eggs Benedict(班尼迪蛋)歎吓,都唔係你想像中咁難整㗎咋!



1. 先打蛋落碗中備用
2. 煲滾水,並加入白醋來幫助蛋白凝固和鹽作調味。
3. 水滾後改細火,保持有小泡泡滾嘅狀態。
4. 用湯匙喺水中順時針打轉並轉出漩渦,再將蛋慢慢咁倒入漩渦,繼續煮3-4 分鐘。
5. 最後將水波蛋放上烘好咗嘅Muffin同煙肉或火腿上面,淋埋荷蘭醬就完成喇!

(所需材料 :蛋1隻、白醋 1茶匙,鹽 1茶匙、Muffin 1個、煙肉或火腿1片、荷蘭醬適量)

Looking for a great way to start your day? How about an Eggs Benedict breakfast:

1. Crack an egg into a small bowl.
2. Prepare a pot of boiling water. Add a pinch of salt and a little vinegar.
3. Lower the heat until the water is at a bare simmer.
4. Stir water and carefully pour the egg to the centre. Let it simmer for 3 - 4 minutes.
5. Serve the pouched egg on toasted muffin with bacon or ham. Finish with Hollandaise sauce.

(Ingredients needed: an egg, a little vinegar, 1 tea spoon of salt, a muffin, bacon or Ham, Hollandaise sauce)
