松葉蟹嘅肉質柔軟、味道清甜,配搭不同材料都能點綴菜式!想開胃嘅話,不如跟以下簡單步驟整「松葉蟹青瓜醋物」啦!




1.先將醋、味醂、淡口醬油、糖以及出汁素倒入煲中,並以細火煮至糖融化,製成蟹醋備用。
2.將青瓜刨成薄片,然後加鹽撈勻,用清水洗淨,再放入冰水內備用。
3.剪開蟹殼拆肉,加醋撈勻。
4.放青瓜、蟹肉或加入其他蔬菜上碟,淋上蟹醋就大功告成!

(所需材料 :松葉蟹腳2-3隻、青瓜1-2條、醋3湯匙、糖2湯匙、淡口醬油1茶匙、味醂1茶匙、鹽適量、出汁素少量、其他蔬菜適量)

Queen crab is tender and sweet, and works well with many food ingredients. Let’s make a refreshing dish – queen crab and cucumber seasoned with vinegar sauce today!

1. Cook vinegar, mirin, light soy sauce, sugar and dashi in a pan over a low heat until the sugar melts. Set aside this vinegar sauce for later use.
2. Cut cucumber into thin slices and stir in salt. Wash the cucumber with clean water and place into iced water.
3. Get meat from the crab legs and mix them with vinegar.
4. Place cucumber slices, crab meat onto plate. Finish with the vinegar sauce and garnish with other vegetables as desired.

(Ingredients: 2-3 pcs of queen crab leg, 1-2 pcs of cucumbers, 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of mirin, salt, dashi, other vegetables as desired)
