Some people treat non-fat yogurt as light snacks, while the artificial sweeteners in the yogurt may make you crave more because it would stimulate the secretion of gastric juice. Let’s eat yogurt in a healthy way. Simply add some nuts to the yogurt as nuts can keep you full and energetic for a longer time.

If you are not a fan of the bitter taste, adding some honey may give plain yogurt a dose of deliciousness.
