藜麥(Quinoa)營養價值非常高,有高含量嘅鎂、鈣、鐵等礦物質,仲有比白米含量多四倍嘅蛋白質,所含脂肪亦有助降低膽固醇,連糖尿病患者都適合食用!味道方面,藜麥本身沒味道,只會吸收唔同味道嘅精華,所以連同肉類及醬料一齊煮可以完全吸引晒肉汁嘅味道。

煮嘅時候只需按照一杯藜麥兩杯水嘅比例,喺煮滾後熄火,蓋上蓋子焗15分鐘就可以食用啦!

Quinoa is a grain crop with high nutrient value and full of dietary minerals like magnesium, calcium and iron etc. Not only is quinoa 4 times higher in protein than rice, but it provides the fat that can help lower your bad cholesterol levels. It is a good diet option for people with diabetes! Quinoa has a neutral taste, allowing it to absorb flavors when it’s cooked with meat and sauces.

How to prepare: The ratio is 1 cup of uncooked quinoa to 2 cups of liquid. Bring to a boil. Reduce to low heat, cover and simmer until tender - about 15 minutes. That’s it!
