不需油炸都可以煮出鬆脆可口嘅雞柳?祕訣原來係「薯片」!




用薯片取代酥炸粉,咁就唔需要額外再落油炸,都可以令雞柳變得脆身。你仲可以按個人口味選用香辣味、燒烤味甚至係Pizza味薯片添!今晚一於跟以下嘅食譜試整啦 !

1. 先將焗爐預熱至180度。
2. 將雞肉切成中等大小,醃製15分鐘備用。
3. 將薯片放入保鮮袋內並用刀柄隔袋把薯片弄碎,或放入攪拌機稍作攪拌,倒進碗中備用。
4. 將雞蛋打發均勻後,落少許鹽拌勻備用。
5. 將雞柳逐一撲上一層粟粉,再蘸蛋汁,然後於每邊灑適量薯片碎並輕輕壓實。
6. 將雞柳放喺已鋪牛油紙嘅焗盤上,放入焗爐焗15分鐘,然後將雞塊反轉再焗15分鐘,取出放涼,完成!

(所需材料﹕雞肉 130克、薯片 60克、雞蛋 1隻、粟粉適量
醃肉材料: 豉油 1.5茶匙、砂糖 0.5茶匙、麻油及胡椒粉少許)

Making crispy chicken tenders without deep frying? The secret lies in potato chips!

You can simply replace the flour used in deep frying with potato chips - so you do not need extra oil for deep frying but still achieve the same crunchy texture. The good thing is you can even choose your favorite flavors, hot and spicy, BBQ or pizza-flavored chips! Let's follow this recipe tonight!

1. Preheat oven to 180 ºC.
2. Dice the chicken into medium size and mix the tenders with marinated ingredients. Rest for 15 minutes.
3. Put potato chips in a bag and crush them with a hilt or a blender. Pour the crumbs into a bowl and set it aside.
4. Beat an egg and whisk it well. Mix the egg with salt.
5. Coat the tenders with corn starch, followed by the egg. Sprinkle the mixture with potato chips and gently press it down to compact.
6. Place the chicken tenders on a baking tray with parchment paper. Bake it for 15 minutes, then flip it over and bake for another 15 minutes. Allow your dish to cool down to serve!

(Ingredients: 130g chicken tenders, 60g potato chips, 1 egg, corn starch
Marinade ingredients: 1.5 tbsp soy sauce, 0.5 tbsp sugar, sesame oil and pepper)
