食厭咗西式烤羊架?不如今次試吓新疆嘅味道啦!




只要簡單加入新疆特色香料「孜然」,就可以令羊架有濃烈嘅新疆風味。孜然嘅氣味芳香而濃烈,可以掩蓋羊肉嘅膻味,解膩之餘亦可增加食慾,令怕膻味嘅朋友都可以一嚐肉質鮮美芳香嘅羊肉!用孜然醃製羊架嘅方法一啲都唔難,只要為羊架(7支份量)塗上2茶匙孜然粉、1茶匙乾香草、少許鹽及胡椒粉,然後醃1小時就可以開始烹調。無論係焗、燒定煎都一樣咁適合㗎!

Bored of classic roasted lamb? Let’s try it in Xinjiang style!

Simply add ground cumin to give a strong Xinjiang flavor to your lamb and get rid of lamb's gamey smell. All you need is to mix 2 tbsp of ground cumin, 1 tbsp of dry herbs, some salt and pepper. Add the lamb and toss to coat. Then marinate for 1 hour before baking, grilling or pan frying. That's it!
