1. 把焗爐預熱至180°C
2. 把長啤梨切開一半並去芯
3. 將果仁碎及蘋果汽酒混合,然後把材料放在長啤梨上,再加入蜜糖,蓋上錫紙
4. 放入焗爐烤焗30分鐘,取去錫紙,焗至表面金黃即可

(所需材料﹕長啤梨 3個、杏仁(切碎) 15克、合桃(切碎) 15克、蜜糖 40克、蘋果汽酒 20毫克)

Just a few simple steps may turn an ordinary fruit to a wonderful dessert. Follow the steps below to make baked pears with walnuts and honey!

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
2. Cut the pears in half. Use a spoon to core the pears.
3. Mix walnuts with apple cider and place the mixture into the cored pears. Drizzle with honey then cover with aluminum foil.
4. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!

(Ingredients: 3 pears, 15g almonds (chopped), 15g walnuts (chopped), 40g honey, 20ml apple cider)
