今晚無時間煮3餸1湯?無有怕!一於整返個蛋包飯,包保大人細佬哥都冧晒你呀!




材料(4人份量):
6隻大雞蛋
1/2 杯牛奶
1/2 茶匙辣椒粉
1杯白米或糙米
1湯匙蘿蔔碎
1湯匙青椒碎
1湯匙紅椒碎
1湯匙蔥花
1湯匙蘑菇碎
1一粒大蒜,切碎
1湯匙豉油

做法:
1. 雞蛋加牛奶胡椒粉輕輕打拂備用;
2. 燒熱少許油,將所有蔬菜炒熟,加飯炒至熱,後加豉油調味,備用;
3. 油薄薄的塗於平底鍋中燒熱至中溫或有輕煙霧起,將1/2杯蛋漿加入鍋內,轉動平底鍋並隨即用叉攪動蛋漿,將蛋漿均勻的鋪在鍋中,留意不要讓蛋過熟;
4. 待蛋漿不再流動形成蛋皮時,將已炒起的菜飯置於蛋皮的一邊,用鍋鏟另一邊的蛋皮覆蓋於有飯的一邊;
5. 慢慢的將蛋包飯沿著鍋邊滑落碟上,便成。

No idea for tonight dinner? No worries! You can still prepare a simple but nutritious dinner for your family!

Ingredients (Serving for 4):
6 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 cup brown or white rice
1 tablespoon carrot - finely chopped
1 tablespoon green bell pepper - finely chopped
1 tablespoon red bell pepper - finely chopped
1 tablespoon spring onion - finely chopped
1 tablespoon mushroom - finely chopped
1 garlic clove - finely chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Step:
1. Beat eggs, milk and pepper slightly; set aside.
2. Heat oil in 8-inch nonstick skillet or omelette pan over medium-high heat. Cook remaining ingredients except soy sauce in oil, stirring frequently, until vegetables are crisp-tender.
3. Stir in soy sauce. Remove mixture from skillet; keep warm.
4. Spray same skillet with cooking oil; heat over medium-high heat. Quickly pour about 1/2 cup of the egg mixture into skillet. Slide skillet back and forth rapidly over heat and, at the same time, quickly stir with a fork to spread eggs continuously over bottom of skillet as they thicken. Let stand over heat a few seconds to lightly brown bottom of omelet. (Do not overcook - omelet will continue to cook after folding.)
5. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the rice mixture on one side of omelette. Run spatula under unfilled side of omelette; lift over rice mixture. Tilting skillet slightly, turn omelette onto plate. Repeat with remaining egg and rice mixtures.
