【煮食小秘訣.Food Tips】




要準備煮急凍熟帶子時,你有無以下煩惱?

1. 解凍時為咗去除雪味而落鹽、但又怕帶子會縮水
2. 將帶子浸水或冲水,又怕會流失鮮味

要去除以上煩惱,最好而簡單嘅方法就係將急凍熟帶子早一晚放喺雪櫃冷藏格(攝氏0-4度),但千祈唔好放喺室溫解凍,如果唔係會滋生細菌㗎!如果呢個小秘訣幫到你就Like啦!
