花菇海參燴鮑魚- 材料:
急凍海參,
罐頭鮑魚,
浸發冬菇10隻,
薑,蔥段適量,
蠔油2湯匙,
水1杯

調味料:
生抽1 .5湯匙,
老抽1/2湯匙,
糖1/3茶匙,
麻油1/2茶匙,
胡椒粉少許
粟粉1茶匙,
水1湯匙

做法:
1. 海參洗淨去腸,加入薑片,蔥段汆水,煮約5分鐘,過冷河,隔水備用。
2. 燒熱油,爆香薑片及冬菇,下蠔油及鮑魚汁,轉小火炆20分鐘。
3. 收細火,放入鮑魚,海參及調味料炒勻,再至濃稠,加粟粉水勾芡

Braised Abalone with Dried Shiitake Mushrooms and Sea Cucumber - Ingredients:
Frozen sea cucumber
Canned abalone
10 soaked shiitake mushrooms
Some ginger & spring onions
Osyter sauce 2 tablespoons
Water 1 cup

Seasoning:
Soy sauce 1.5 tablespoons
Dark soy sauce 1/2 tablespoon
Sugar 1/3 teaspoon
Sesame oil 1/2 teaspoons
A pinch of ground white pepper
Corn flour 1 teaspoons
Water 1 tablespoon

Directions:
1. Gut and clean sea cucumber. Boil it with ginger and spring onions for 5 minutes. Then rinse with running water and drain for later use.
2. Heat oil in a wok then stir fry slices of ginger and shiitake mushrooms. Add oyster sauce and abalone sauce and braise for 20 minutes over low heat.
3. Stir fry with abalone, sea cucumber and seasoning over low heat. Cook until the sauce is reduced and add corn flour solution to thicken the sauce.
